Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are Final! We will only replace orders that are inaccurate or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or your product seems to be defective please contact customer service at sales@sheacocoaskin.com

Damaged Products:

If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to sales@sheacocoaskin.com Please include your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damages.  

Lost/Stolen Package:

If you have not received your package or if  it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once the claim has been filed please update us with the claim number and we will send out a replacement.

Products Not Working

The Shea Cocoa Skin team wants to be a part of your healthy skin journey. However, finding a skincare regimen that works for “Your” skin is a process. With this in mind, if one of our systems does not seem to be the right fit for your skin, we will assist you in finding an alternative solution at a complimentary discount rate. This option is only available to return customers who have previously purchased an essential, treatment or complete system and have used it consistently for 90 days.

• Please note that it can take up to 90 days to see the visible positive effects of a new skin care regimen. In addition, you may experience a break out during the acclimation period within the first 30 days which is typical and normal. 
• You must have given the products at least 90 days of consistent use before requesting a different solution. 
• Customers must email us within 7 days after the 90 days of use for the product solution guarantee to be valid. 

Adverse Reactions

If a reaction occurs, please contact your physician immediately. Once you have consulted a physician please contact us with your before and after picture at sales@sheacocoaskin.com

Limitation of Liability

Shea Cocoa Skin  shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, interpretation or misinterpretation of product benefits or the performance of the products, even if Shea Cocoa Skin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
